GoS “Governance of Sustainability” – Workshop in Catanzaro – 30 march 2022

A Workshop on the GoS project on the search for good practices was held on 30 March 2022 at the headquarters of the Calabria Region in Catanzaro.

It was an interesting meeting that saw the administrator of P&F Angelo de Luca as project coordinator for the Local Action Group “Serre Calabresi”, the delegation of the Gal Serre Calabresi, leader of this project, and the Bulgarian delegation of the GAL Razlog as project partner.

GoS was launched in 2020, with the general objective of creating new models of sustainable development of the territory, particularly in rural areas, focusing efforts on the enhancement and good management of natural and environmental resources, and inserting local production chains into the system through strategic networks.

The workshop was an opportunity to illustrate the work carried out so far by the project partners, present the research on good practices carried out in the two territories which should form the basis for future projects, strengthen cooperation between the two countries and the two delegations, and present the attractive opportunities offered by the PNRR and the EAFRD for the strengthening and continuation of the GoS project from a sustainability perspective.
